Individual Lift Specific Programming

Fully Customized Individual Lift Specific Weekly Programming with Coach Kyle Sheridan. I.E. Bench, Squat, or Deadlift only programming. You will be provided a fully customized 1 to 2 day a week program for the individual lift. Typical lift specific programs have bench 2 days a week, squat 1-2 per week, and deadlift 1 day per week, however frequency may be adjusted depending on individual response and progress. Warmups, and accessories are included. Suggestions will be made for weekly splits and overall volume regulation. Individual lift programming is customized and written for the selected movement and accessories on those prescribed days ONLY, you will be responsible for your training around those days and must maintain balance to ensure progress. 30 Minute On-Boarding call will be scheduled after sign-up. Individual Lift Specific Programming does include unlimited access coaching with technical review and video analysis. 3 month minimum requirement. Coaching is a subscription product and will be billing on a monthly cycle based on your initial order date.
